Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Some positives like the great coffee machine and excellent toiletries in the rooms but it got too hot for comfort. The location was convenient for getting into downtown Dublin without being in the hustle and bustle of the city. The dining was a bit of a disaster, but the staff were extremely friendly and made the stay enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, though overlooking the sea, was constantly filled with music from the restaurant below, which at times felt intrusive. On the upside, the room was compact but well-equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker and a seating area by the bay window offering stunning views. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were limitations like no other available rooms when issues arose. The location, though offering a spectacular view of the pier and harbor, was challenging to reach from the airport. Dining options were varied, but there were instances of delays in service and cold dishes. The facilities were generally satisfactory, providing essential amenities.
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The room had a breathtaking view of the sea and was equipped with everything we needed, though it got quite hot on the 5th floor during a heatwave. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but some lacked knowledge about local entertainment options. The location, though not very lively, provided lovely views of the sea and pier. The dining experience was a highlight with excellent breakfast options, but some items were served cold. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall positive stay.
The hotel is in a superb location by the sea, offering a brisk walk along the pier before breakfast. The rooms are top-notch on the 5th floor, though some may find the view of a boiler outside the window not ideal. The staff is lovely and attentive, but there were moments where concerns seemed to be dismissed. Overall, the value for money is good due to the fantastic view, great location, and friendly service.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a great coffee machine and complimentary water. However, the noise from the generator in the courtyard made it difficult to sleep, and the lack of a sea view was a downside with the noise from the inventory shack nearby.
The hotel has a superb location near the sea with beautiful views and easy access to the Dart train station. The rooms are really comfortable, but the presence of a generator or extractor fan in the courtyard may disrupt sleep. The staff is very friendly and attentive, offering personalized services like organizing freshly cooked eggs and secure bike storage in the basement. The dining experience could be improved in terms of food availability and freshness, but the overall value for money is good.
